Accounts Assistant / Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in MS Excel and a good understanding of accounting procedures and banking documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate stock and inventory records using MS Excel with advanced spreadsheet functions.
Use other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, etc.) for documentation and communication.
Operate and update records in ERP Accounting Software (experience with SAP).
Prepare and manage bank-related documentation, including:
Filling of cheques, deposit slips, and pay orders.
Drafting and submitting bank letters.
Maintaining professional relationships with banking staff and ensuring smooth communication.
Assist with general accounting tasks and support the finance department as required.

Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data management.
Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Experience using ERP accounting systems.
Familiarity with banking documentation and procedures.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
