Ensures compliance with safety standards, prepares maintenance checklists, and submits service reports to meet contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and submit a preventive maintenance schedule and checklist for client approval before work begins.
- Ensure all personnel adhere to occupational health and safety rules, including use of PPE (e.g., gloves, hearing protection, eye protection) and compliance with SDS sheets.
- Prepare and submit signed checklists after each maintenance visit, including photographic documentation of system conditions.
- Maintain operation and maintenance (O&M) binders from manufacturers, ensuring accessibility to facility personnel.
- Coordinate training on safety procedures and document personnel certifications.
- Provide 3-5 customer references of similar scope of work along with contact details.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Technical Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety compliance or technical documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with OSHA, SHEM, and NFPA standards.
- Proficiency in documentation software and report preparation.
- Occupational health and safety training certification.
