Ideal candidates are seasoned professionals with a strong background in talent management, compensation and benefits, and HRIS systems. The HR Manager must also demonstrate excellent critical thinking skills and a positive mindset to navigate complex HR challenges.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and adhere to legal requirements.
Lead and manage a large HR team, ensuring effective delegation of tasks and maintaining high levels of performance.
Foster a culture of continuous talent development and retention through strategic talent management initiatives.
