We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business growth. As a Business Development Executive/Manager at Britannia IT Solutions UK, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, driving revenue, and contributing to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing them to our products/services and understanding their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and ensure client satisfaction.
- Implement email marketing campaigns to engage with potential leads and nurture relationships.
- Generate high-quality leads through various strategies, including market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress, and results to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 4 years in business development and sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
