We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to ensure our products and services meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control processes, compliance regulations, and testing methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve quality issues, ensuring continuous improvement in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with development, production, and operations teams to enhance product quality.
  • Analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics, trends, and improvement areas.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, certifications, and customer expectations.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and best practices.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and risk assessments.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, GMP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in QA tools, software, and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.
