Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative for Twitch, Discord & Twitter, you will engage with potential customers, assist them in the sales process, and help drive conversions. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers via Discord chat, answering inquiries about products/services.
Guide customers through the sales process, providing product details and helping them make purchasing decisions.
Maintain a friendly and professional tone while interacting with users.
Keep track of sales, and customer feedback, and provide regular reports to management.
Respond promptly to customer messages and resolve any issues or questions.
Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Promote special offers, discounts, and new products/services to increase sales.
Manage Discord server channels and handle sales conversations effectively and professionally.

Requirements:

Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to understand customer needs and guide them through the sales process.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track customer interactions and sales.
Familiarity with Discord is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work Evening shifts (12:00 PM to 08:00 PM).
