Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget.
  2. Property Listings and Market Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available properties, market trends, and pricing.
  3. Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits of each property.
  4. Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions between buyers, sellers, or tenants, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
  5. Legal and Financial Guidance: Provide guidance on the legal aspects of property transactions and help clients connect with financial services (e.g., mortgage brokers, and banks).
  6. Documentation: Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork for property transactions.
  7. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business or referrals.
  8. Marketing and Networking: Promote properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking with industry professionals.
  9. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay informed about property values, neighborhood trends, and the local real estate landscape.
  10. Problem-Solving: Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the buying, selling, or renting process, offering solutions to ensure smooth transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the local real estate market, property laws, and market trends.
