Customer Service Executive

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about products or services. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Provide product or service information and address customer concerns promptly.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve issues.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts professionally.
Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Multilingual skills (optional but beneficial).
