Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure the accuracy of general ledger and subsidiary ledger transactions.
Maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Oversee billing, collections, and payments.
Manage vendor reconciliations and ensure timely disbursements.
Monitor outstanding receivables and assist in collection efforts.
Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory returns as per the submission date.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors and consultants for tax planning and audits.
Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
Track budget vs. actuals and analyze variances.
Assist in internal and external audits.
Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Support and guide junior staff in day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters.
