Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets in local and international markets.
Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term customers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and trade shows.
Collaborate with the product and operations teams to align offerings with customer requirements.
Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on B2B and international sales.
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques is a plus.
