Billing and Invoicing:
- Generate and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timely delivery of invoices to clients.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in resolving billing discrepancies.
Recordkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Assist in updating and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Communication:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address billing inquiries and resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding billing and financial matters.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
- Assist in preparing financial documents for audits or reviews.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in basic accounting or billing roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
