Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide reports and financial insights to the senior management team for strategic decision-making.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Develop annual budgets and forecasts for the company.
Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and handle financial obligations efficiently.

Payroll Management:

Manage payroll processing and ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time.
Maintain employee records related to salaries, bonuses, and deductions.

Tax & Compliance:

Internal Controls & Process Improvement:

Develop, implement, and enforce financial controls to safeguard company assets.
Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and workflows for increased efficiency.

Financial Software Management:

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Experience in the retail or FMCG sector is a plus.
Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
Advanced Excel skills and ability to perform complex financial modeling.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Strong understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.

Education: ACCA/CA

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM (Mon-Fri)
