Job Role Main (Duties on which the candidate will spend more than 70% of his time)

  • Lead End-to-End Content CreationTake full ownership of the creative process from ideation, briefing, production, review, and handoff for publishing
  • Ensure each piece of content aligns with platform trends, audience interest, and company goals
  • Creative Direction & Template DevelopmentBuild and optimize reusable content templates (stories, viral formats, thumbnails, headlines). 
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative output
  • Team Briefing & Workflow ManagementPrepare clear, actionable briefs for writers and designersEnsure all creative assets are delivered on time and match the intended purpose
  • Content Review & Final Approval Review all creative outputsvisuals, text, and overall production before final approval. Ensure the content meets quality standards, brand tone, and is ready for distribution.
  • Coordinate with Publishers closely with the publishing team to ensure the correct execution of approved contentSpot check live posts to confirm formatting, layout, and creative fidelity
  • Utilize AI & Creative ToolsUse tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and viral content generators to speed up workflows and enhance creative quality

Job Role Secondary (Duties on which candidates will spend less than 30% time)

Creative Performance Monitoring

  • Review creative performance in collaboration with the SME and data team
  • Suggest improvements to hooks, formats, or styles based on results.

Trend Spotting & Content Innovation

  • Identify viral content trends and develop experimental formats
  • Recommend ideas to improve click-through, watch time, and engagement

Team Collaboration & Creative Calendar

  • Maintain alignment with the SME and project manager to meet daily and weekly content targets
  • Track the creative pipeline and ensure smooth flow between all roles involved
