We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Manager.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer support through various channels, including calls and chats.
Handle customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and improve processes.
Document and report issues as needed, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer support or social media support management.
Fluent in Urdu (speak+write+read)
Proficiency in English
Ability to work independently from home.
Flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule with 12-hour shifts.
PC/Laptop (min. i5 10th gen + 8 gb RAM)and 100 Mbps internet plan
Work Conditions:
Work From Home with flexible shift patterns.
Work Schedule: 2/2 (12-hour day shifts)
11 hours of active work with 1 hour of break, including 3-10 minute breaks every hour.
