This position focuses on building strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of industrial automation hardware and software, along with a proven track record in technical sales and a strategic approach to meet sales targets. The role does not involve managing a team, allowing for an independent and focused contribution to the companys sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospective clients in sectors such as manufacturing, FMCG, oil and gas, cement, poultry, and pharmaceuticals to expand the client base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Pursue and convert leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and participation in industrial events.
  • Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and provide customized solutions and training roadmaps that address their challenges.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by conducting post-sales follow-ups and providing ongoing support to address any issues.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals to industrial clients that clearly outline proposed solutions and their benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with technical trainers to ensure that the proposed solutions align with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Compile and submit regular sales reports and performance updates to management, detailing progress toward targets and highlighting opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with trainers and the marketing team to facilitate the successful execution of training programs associated with products and services offered.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the industrial automation market, staying updated on the latest technologies, trends, and competition to effectively position Iipd's offerings.
