Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Booking Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling travel arrangements, with a particular advantage for those familiar with Hajj and Umrah bookings. This role requires a strong understanding of airline ticketing, fare rules, and regulations, combined with excellent communication skills in English. Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage travel bookings efficiently and accurately. A significant focus will be on handling Hajj and Umrah travel arrangements, ensuring all aspects of the booking process meet the specific needs of these religious journeys. The candidate will be expected to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of airline ticketing systems, including fare rules and regulations, to provide accurate and timely information to customers.

Effective communication is essential, as the role involves interacting with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
