Job Summary
Golpik is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, you will assist in identifying potential business opportunities and generating quality leads. Conducting thorough market research to support and refine our sales strategies will be a critical part of your role. You will proactively reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including emails, phone calls, and online platforms, to initiate engagement. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM system is essential to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
Supporting the sales team by preparing compelling proposals and presentations will be part of your daily activities. You will also participate in client meetings and manage follow-up communications to foster strong client relationships. Additionally, tracking and reporting on business development activities and outcomes will help the team measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Approximately one year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred; internships in these areas will also be considered. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a basic understanding of B2B sales processes. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
