Key Responsibilities
As a Sabre Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our campaigns, providing exceptional service that leaves a positive and lasting impression. Your role involves assisting customers with inquiries, updates, and problem resolution while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism. You will be expected to:
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written English.
- Engage confidently and conversationally with a diverse customer base.
- Demonstrate empathy and reassure customers that their concerns will be addressed.
- Maintain a fast and accurate typing speed to handle customer interactions efficiently.
- Apply strong comprehension and problem-solving skills to resolve issues creatively.
- Conduct thorough research to offer alternatives and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Uphold a customer-centric attitude and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
- Utilize technical tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Rally, and Genesys (preferred) to support service delivery.

Required Qualifications
- At least 12 months of experience in a customer service role.
- Proven ability to manage local and international customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails.
- Flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and effective problem resolution.
- High typing speed combined with accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in the hotel, hospitality, travel, or tourism sectors is highly desirable.
- Background in front-of-house or concierge services is an advantage.
- Experience interacting with customers from the Asia-Pacific region is preferred.
- Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce and Genesys is a plus.
