The HR Intern will support critical human resources activities within the organization, contributing to the smooth operation of the HR department. This role involves assisting with the creation and upkeep of job descriptions, managing employee records, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards while gaining practical experience in various HR functions. This full-time internship is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and reports directly to the Senior Officer of the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop, update, and maintain accurate job descriptions for different roles across the organization.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive employee records, ensuring all documentation adheres to legal and company policies.
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and ensuring timely completion and submission of all required forms.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, managing correspondence, and performing other clerical duties as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
- Prior internships or part-time experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with basic HR systems or database tools is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
- Good interpersonal skills to engage professionally with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward supporting HR initiatives and projects.
