Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have completed O/A levels. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. A minimum of two years’ experience in client support or a related field is required, demonstrating the ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
