We are currently looking for talented and motivated candidates for the position of Store Manager
They are responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff coordination
- Set sales targets and implement strategies to meet these goals
- Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise staff to ensure the store is adequately staffed at all times
- Develop and manage store budgets and maintain financial records
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Deal with customer queries, complaints, and feedback
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Manage inventory, plan promotional events or sales, and order stock
- Analyze sales figures, customer behavior, and market trends to anticipate product needs
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to and any accidents are reported correctly
