Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits for finance and payroll operations
  • Review payroll processes for multiple clients – salaries, deductions, taxes & complianceIdentify risks, discrepancies, or fraud through financial record audits
  • Prepare audit plans based on risk assessment
  • Recommend improvements to internal controls
  • Collaborate with HR & Payroll teams
  • Create detailed audit reports with action plans
  • Support in financial statement preparationStay updated with latest financial regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / ACCA / CMA Preferred
  • 2–4 years experience in internal audit (Experience in payroll or HR services firm is a plus)
