We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media channels, develop engaging content, grow our online presence, and foster community engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to target audiences
Monitor, listen, and respond to user comments and messages
Grow and maintain a strong online community
Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to optimize campaigns
Collaborate with marketing, brand, and creative teams for integrated campaigns
Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform updates
Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights)
Creative mindset with the ability to produce compelling content
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
