- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of employees.
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action.
- Identify training and development needs and develop and implement training programs to meet those needs.
- Provide HR support to employees and management on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR management roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
