Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement learning strategies that align with the organization's mission and values.
Manage training programs, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives.
Assess training effectiveness and refine programs to ensure continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of growth, diversity, and inclusion through organizational development initiatives.
Design leadership programs and coach teams and managers for enhanced performance.
Ensure compliance of learning and development activities with organizational policies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

A Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in the non-profit or healthcare sector.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and training design skills.
Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training software.
