We are looking for a reliable Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive HR Operations to join our team, manage payroll tasks, and assist in HR & operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance.
Process payroll, expenses, and other employee claims efficiently.
Oversee employee management across various projects.
Administer benefits data and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage employee exits, and settlements, and provide the necessary documentation.

Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: (2+ years) in HR operations and payroll management.
Skills: Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HR & operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
