You will be responsible for leading the regional office, driving business growth, ensuring excellence in project management and exceptional customer services and will be responsible to;

Develop and implement regional business strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Oversee regional operations, including sales, marketing, technical support, and administrative functions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations, and manage risk to minimize any liability.
Ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration/ Engineering/ Technology with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a business management or leadership role, preferably in the automation, audiovisual, or wellness services sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members, in addition to strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions is required.
