Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective instruction in Montessori, Prep I, and Prep II for the Pre-Primary section, ensuring age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Teach Mathematics to both primary and secondary students, adhering to curriculum standards and fostering conceptual understanding.
- Provide comprehensive English language instruction across primary and secondary classes, focusing on improving reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Serve as a primary home teacher by offering tailored academic support to meet individual student needs.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active student participation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to design and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Regularly monitor and assess student progress, delivering constructive feedback to students and parents to support academic improvement.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or an equivalent qualification related to pre-school education.
- Demonstrated experience teaching relevant age groups and subjects with proven effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage successfully with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to develop lesson plans that align with curriculum requirements while accommodating diverse learning styles and needs.
