Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct site visits and property tours to showcase features and benefits to prospective buyers.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s portfolio, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and contracts.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
