We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Complaint Coordinator to manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a calm attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and log complaints via phone,
Coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution
Track, follow up, and ensure proper closure of complaints
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on complaint trends and resolution timelines
Maintain records and ensure customer satisfaction
Handle sensitive issues with patience and professionalism
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Urdu)
Experience in customer service or public dealing preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email handling)
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
