- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Making Calls to potential clients, screening them about our products, handling their objections, and closing the lead.
- Update Client's lead sheet and follow-up status.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction).
- Prepare Management Reports.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools/methods.
- Follow communication scripts and call center procedures.
- Scheduling appointments with students and maintaining an appointment calendar.
- Upsell products or services when appropriate (for sales roles).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Terms and Conditions
- Candidates should have excellent English Language, written, and speaking skills as they will be dealing with North American Clients.
- The Office timing is 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Evening Shift)
- Work is from Home, must have own laptop, Internet, and a quiet place to work.
- MBA Marketing
- Call Center Experience will be a plus.
- Familiarity with the phone system
- Excellent in the English language, especially written and Speaking skills.
