Muhammad Zubair Rafique, a researcher, data analyst, and M&E specialist, brings with him more than ten years of work experience in the social and development sectors.
Zubair is a Founding Director at Versatile Consultants (Private) Limited. Currently, he is working as an M&E Professional at Dasu Hydro Power Project (DHPP) and working as a Consultant with the National Bureau of Economic Research USA (NBER) on a project titled "Women Inheritance in Pakistan". He has recently served Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf (PTI) as a Lead Research Analyst/Trainer.
With scores of research and development sector projects to his credit, he has worked with projects and assignments of WHO, UNDP, USAID, ILO, World Bank, JICA, Save the Children, The Asia Foundation, Plan International, and UKAID. He has also worked with teams of researchers from Harvard, the London School of Economics, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and Duke University.
Zubair is a known name in consulting research in Pakistan. He has managed large-scale countrywide survey studies. Apart from serving, he has also worked as a monitoring and evaluation expert on many of his assignments. Behind the desk, he is an expert in developing EOIs and proposals. He has an in-depth understanding of qualitative and quantitative tools and designing research studies. He is also an expert trainer. As a data analyst, he understands the stages of data management, from its collection in the field to making sense of it for policy recommendations.

b. Provide regular updates to Project Coordinator about all details pertaining to the running of field survey activities.
c. Ensure strict compliance with survey rules and regulations as laid down by project team and other duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator, Project Coordinator and Senior Field Coordinator.
