Responsibilities and Duties:  

  • Coordination with field teams during the shift for complaint resolution in minimum time and field visits if required.
  • Coordination with OTS, IP NOC, GSAC, and other relevant departments for runtime updates on running complaints
  • Responsible for Keeping the database updated with the current status of complaints alongside the response over emails/WhatsApp groups.
  • Responsible for Keeping a record of inventory consumed in complaints i-e inventory management
  • Responsible for Keeping a record of equipment and tools and raising the request for any requirement
  • Making schedule/Duty Roster of field teams and its implementation
  • Responsible for making a dashboard report of complaints on monthly basis and sharing analysis report / Improvement plan with the department head

Requirements: (Education & Experience)

Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years’ of relevant experience
