We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Events Manager to oversee social media, event planning, administrative tasks, and business development initiatives. This is a 40-hour/week remote position ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for arts and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and promote engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok to build community engagement and grow our following.
- Website Updates: Regularly update and maintain our Squarespace website to reflect current events, trips, and organizational updates.
- Event Promotions: Promote events through platforms such as Meetup, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels to maximize outreach and participation.
- Research: Identify B2B collaboration and sponsorship opportunities to drive partnerships and revenue growth.
- CRM Management: Set up and manage customer relationship management (CRM) tools to streamline communication and client management.
Requirements:
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Passion for Arts: Genuine interest in arts, culture, and creative expression.
Skills:
- Event planning and event management expertise.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently without close supervision.
- Technical Requirements: Stable and reliable internet connection, a smartphone, and a good-quality computer.
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently.
- Interest in community building, events, marketing, and small business development.
- Experience with or willingness to learn tools such as Squarespace, Mailchimp, CRM software, Canva, Google Docs, and other digital platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to grow professionally in a dynamic organization.

- Competitive Salary: Approx. 100,000 PKR per month (based on experience) after an initial 1-month trial period. The trial period offers a salary of 30,000 PKR.
